CMS and Caracol Team Up to Advance LFAM


CMS SpA and Caracol, both prominent Italian players in advanced manufacturing, have announced a collaboration to advance the large format 3D printing market.

Revealed at JEC World, the partnership aims to synergize commercial efforts and technological advancements.

Caracol, known for its robotic large-format 3D printing, has rapidly grown from a startup to an international scale-up, offering the Heron AM platform for polymer and composite manufacturing across diverse sectors like aerospace, automotive, and design.

CMS, a leader in composite processing technologies, introduced CMS Kreator in 2018, marking its entry into additive manufacturing. With expertise in composite materials processing, CMS offers a range of hybrid and standalone large format additive manufacturing solutions.
