We (spouse and I) have been to Scotland – as soon as by automobile and as soon as by moto.
We stayed at The Scholar… a lodge that’s on the UofEdinburgh campus. It was low-cost, clear and filled with attention-grabbing lecturers from all around the world.
Apart from the principle vacationer points of interest, we did not do a lot else in Edinburgh. We certain toured the daylights out of the remainder of the place, although… for 4 weeks.
fwiw, April might probably be too early to experience there… Scotland may be very far north… and it rains a LOT!
