I’m rebuilding my r90/6. After I bought the bike it was unrideable. Through the rebuild course of, I rebuilt the grasp cylinder with new brake line, hydraulic line (SS), and all new o-rings and seals, the metallic cylinder was cleaned, the piston was cleaned, and the chamber was honed. Nevertheless, the plastic reservoir nonetheless leaks on the connection factors to the metallic cylinder. I consider the pitting on prime of the cylinder is stopping the reservoir from sealing – however I’m not optimistic. Any perception could be appreciated.
